Details of our products are contained on our website. The weights and dimensions are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour and image of our products. We cannot guarantee your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. You should avoid the eye area with all of our products and in case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with water. It is your responsibility to check product ingredients for known allergies, we are not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur. All products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the products and service you receive from us. 

Buying of Products

All products are subject to changes and as such prices may vary from time to time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.

From time to time we may make offers and promotions. If you misuse a discount code or coupon, we retain the right to cancel the discount and charge the full price of the products.

If a fault occurs in the service, please report it to us and we will correct the fault as soon as possible. It is possible that our website will not always be available. If you visit our website and it is temporarily (less than 24 continuous hours) unavailable our usual cancellation deadlines will still apply.
